Deliverables on Track

BBTWINS partners have had a busy spring completing the final of two deliverables concerning the installation of sensors, data capture, and its processing by models that can be used for decision-making both for the fruit value chain case study at Dimitra and the meat value chain at Portesa. Additional work was carried out on the characterization of products and biomass processing chains.
