CTIC-CITA represented BBTWINS at the 36th EFFoST International Conference, with the conference focusing on ‘shaping the production of sustainable, health foods for the future.’
Raúl Ansó Blanco presented a poster on the development of a mathematical model for the drying process of Spanish cured ham, part of the digital twin being developed to cover the entire value chain of the production process.
